We at Textile Creations by Lily offer an extensive library of textile design inspiration from, antique and vintage textile documents. Our antique and vintage archives are constantly evolving with new acquired collections from around the globe.
The library of French antique textile and paintings from the early 1800’s – 1970’s include:
Lily Serrano president of the company has been in the textile industry since 1976. Graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City, with a degree in Textile Design. She worked as an artist for 4 years, designing for women and men fashion.
In 1980 she joined a company called Textile Design who worked with the textile industry offering design inspiration. In 1983 she became a partner with the present company Textile Creations by Lily. In 1993 she became sole proprietor.
Lily represented two French Museums in the United States who opened their design archives to be used as inspiration to the textile industry, as well as many other industries.
